About this Course

Once you’ve had success at the Instructor Examination it is important to distinguish yourself from the pack so you can get the best possible job.

A great way is by showing employers how serious you are about your future chosen career. By acquiring a number of Specialty Instructor ratings from the start you should become a Master Scuba Diver Trainer (five specialty instructor ratings & 25 student certifications) faster.

You’ll also be able to teach the subjects that you love, giving more variety to your work plus added value and choice to your students. By choosing between five and six specialties appropriate to where you will be teaching (and mastering them correctly) you immediately increase your employability as a newly qualified Instructor.

The Master Scuba Diver Trainer rating is the next step up the professional ladder and is a prerequisite for IDC Staff Instructor.
