It highly recommended taking time to complete the ReActivate programme after a long break from diving. It is a well structured, flexible and confidence building way of getting people back enjoying their diving in a safe manner. Fundamental safety skills get rusty very quickly, faster than we may wish to acknowledge. This is even more the case if you dive occasionally with long gaps between dives.
